1. Purpose Of Assessments
WRKROOT may use assessments as part of talent review, profile approval, marketplace readiness, matching, client recommendations, shortlisting, engagement evaluation, quality control, fraud prevention, credential review, and platform operations.
Assessment results may be used for:
- Profile approval.
- Marketplace readiness.
- Client recommendations.
- Talent ranking or shortlisting.
- Engagement decisions.
- Retake eligibility.
- Delisting.
- Suspension.
- Rejection.
- Fraud and integrity review.
- Internal operations and quality improvement.
Assessments are one tool WRKROOT may use. They do not guarantee profile approval, marketplace visibility, client introductions, interviews, placement, work, compensation, engagement, client satisfaction, or continued platform access.
2. Information Collected During Assessments
WRKROOT may collect assessment-related information, including:
- Assessment assignment.
- Assignment status.
- Assigned template.
- Assigned-by admin.
- Availability timestamp.
- Retake availability timestamp.
- Attempt status.
- Assessment snapshot at time of attempt.
- Answers.
- Answer JSON.
- Score percent.
- Score report JSON.
- Manual question grades.
- Section review notes.
- Reviewer assignment.
- Assessment review audit events.
- Started timestamp.
- Submitted timestamp.
- Submission reason.
- Warning count.
- File-upload answers.
- Original file names.
- Content types.
- File sizes.
- Question ID/title.
- Uploaded files.
- Browser/session events.
- Tab switch events.

WRKROOT may also collect communications, support tickets, dispute records, accommodation requests, admin notes, and audit logs related to assessments.
3. Current Monitoring And Safeguards
WRKROOT may monitor assessment integrity using platform safeguards. Current or planned safeguards may include:
- Tab switch detection.
- Focus loss detection.
- Refresh detection.
- Warning counts.
- Timing records.
- Submission timestamps.
- Browser/session metadata.
- IP address.
- User agent.
- File metadata for uploaded answers.
- Admin/manual review.
- Audit logs.
These safeguards help WRKROOT evaluate assessment integrity, detect misuse, preserve evidence, and protect marketplace quality.
4. Future Monitoring, Proctoring, And Review Tools
WRKROOT may add future assessment monitoring, proctoring, verification, or review tools, including:
- Webcam proctoring.
- Screen recording.
- Microphone recording.
- Identity checks.
- Device checks.
- Geolocation.
- AI review.
- Plagiarism detection.
- Code or content similarity checks.
- Third-party proctoring.
- Third-party verification services.
- Browser lockdown or secure testing tools.
- Additional integrity, fraud-prevention, or security signals.
Future providers: to be finalized.
Where required by law, WRKROOT will provide additional notice, request consent, or offer required disclosures before enabling certain monitoring or proctoring tools.
Refusal to participate in required monitoring may affect assessment eligibility, profile approval, marketplace readiness, recommendations, engagement eligibility, or platform access.
5. Scoring, Manual Review, And Client Visibility
WRKROOT may score assessments automatically, manually, or through a combination of automated and human review.
Assessment review may include:
- Automated scoring.
- Manual grading.
- Section-level review.
- Rubric-based review.
- Admin/recruiter review.
- Reviewer notes.
- Score reports.
- Pass/fail decisions.
- Recommendations.
- Integrity/safeguard review.
- Retake eligibility review.
WRKROOT may share assessment information with clients where WRKROOT determines it is relevant to hiring, interview, recommendation, marketplace, engagement, compliance, or operational decisions.
Client-visible assessment information may include:
- Pass/fail status.
- Assessment status.
- Score summaries.
- Recommendations.
- Detailed scores.
- Score reports.
- Section-level performance.
- Review notes where appropriate.
- Integrity/safeguard concerns where relevant.
WRKROOT may decide what assessment information to share, withhold, summarize, redact, or retain.
6. Limitations Of Assessments
Assessments are not perfect and may contain errors, limitations, ambiguity, technical issues, scoring issues, content issues, review inconsistencies, or incomplete information.
Assessment results may not fully measure skill, professionalism, reliability, client fit, legal compliance, work quality, availability, or future performance.
Assessment results may be considered with other information, including profile data, credentials, interviews, client requirements, admin review, marketplace needs, engagement history, attendance, KPIs, support history, and operational judgment.
WRKROOT and clients may choose how much weight to give an assessment. WRKROOT does not guarantee that an assessment is validated for every role, predictive of every outcome, free from bias, error-free, or suitable as the only basis for any decision.
7. Retakes
Retakes are not guaranteed.
WRKROOT may allow, deny, delay, limit, condition, or require retakes at its discretion based on:
- Assessment type.
- Waiting periods.
- Availability windows.
- Admin approval.
- Client requirements.
- Profile status.
- Retake availability timestamp.
- Prior scores.
- Manual review.
- Fraud or safeguard concerns.
- Technical issues.
- Platform operations.
- Marketplace standards.
- Any other factor WRKROOT determines relevant.
WRKROOT may change retake rules at any time.
8. Disputes And Review Requests
Talent may contact info@wrkroothr.com to raise a good-faith concern about an assessment result, technical issue, scoring issue, or safeguard event.
WRKROOT may request supporting information, review available records, inspect audit logs, consult reviewers, or decline review where appropriate.
After review, WRKROOT has final discretion regarding:
- Whether to change a score.
- Whether to change pass/fail status.
- Whether to allow a retake.
- Whether to disregard an attempt.
- Whether to void results.
- Whether to preserve the original result.
- Whether to update marketplace or profile status.
- Whether to notify a client.
Submitting a dispute does not guarantee retake, pass, placement, profile approval, client introduction, compensation, engagement, or continued platform access.
9. Prohibited Assessment Conduct
You must complete assessments honestly, independently, and in compliance with WRKROOT instructions.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Cheating.
- Impersonation.
- Having someone else complete an assessment.
- Completing an assessment for someone else.
- Using unauthorized assistance.
- Using unauthorized AI tools, scripts, automation, answer generators, browser extensions, or external tools.
- Copying answers.
- Sharing questions or answers.
- Accessing leaked questions.
- Recording, screenshotting, distributing, selling, or publishing assessment content.
- Manipulating files, metadata, timing, browser sessions, or monitoring signals.
- Bypassing safeguards.
- Disabling monitoring tools where required.
- Refreshing, switching tabs, or leaving the assessment environment in violation of instructions.
- Uploading false, harmful, unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized files.
- Misrepresenting technical issues.
- Interfering with assessment systems.
10. Enforcement For Assessment Violations
If WRKROOT suspects or determines that assessment rules were violated, WRKROOT may:
- Issue warnings.
- Fail the attempt.
- Void results.
- Disregard answers.
- Deny retakes.
- Require a retake.
- Delay review.
- Suspend assessment eligibility.
- Lock, delist, reject, suspend, blacklist, or terminate the talent account.
- Remove marketplace visibility.
- Notify prospective or active clients where relevant.
- Preserve evidence.
- Review audit logs.
- Disclose records to service providers, legal counsel, regulators, law enforcement, clients, or other affected parties where appropriate.
- Seek contractual, legal, equitable, or platform remedies.
WRKROOT may treat attempted misconduct as misconduct.
11. Accommodations
Talent may request reasonable accommodations for disability, technical constraints, language constraints, religious needs, or other legitimate needs by contacting info@wrkroothr.com before starting an assessment where possible.
WRKROOT may request documentation or additional information needed to evaluate the request.
WRKROOT may approve, deny, modify, or offer alternative accommodations at its discretion, subject to applicable law and platform feasibility.
Accommodations may include additional time, alternative scheduling, alternative format, manual review, technical support, or another reasonable adjustment.
Accommodation requests do not guarantee a particular assessment outcome, retake, placement, engagement, or client introduction.
12. Sensitive Data And Uploaded Files
You should not upload sensitive, regulated, confidential, patient, client, financial, government ID, or third-party data into an assessment unless WRKROOT expressly requests or authorizes it through an approved workflow.
You must not upload PHI or patient data unless:
- WRKROOT expressly approves the workflow.
- The applicable healthcare customer authorizes the workflow.
- A valid Business Associate Agreement or other required written agreement is in place where legally required.
- You are authorized to handle the information.
- The upload is necessary and limited to the approved purpose.
You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded files are accurate, lawful, non-infringing, malware-free, and authorized.
13. Retention Of Assessment Records
WRKROOT may retain assessment records for as long as reasonably necessary for:
- Talent review.
- Marketplace readiness.
- Client recommendations.
- Engagement decisions.
- Retake eligibility.
- Fraud prevention.
- Security.
- Audit.
- Support.
- Dispute resolution.
- Legal defense.
- Compliance.
- Product improvement.
- Marketplace integrity.
- Client safety.
- Legitimate business purposes.
Assessment records may be retained after account deletion, delisting, rejection, suspension, blacklisting, engagement completion, or withdrawal from the platform where permitted or required.
14. Changes To This Notice
WRKROOT may update this Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date above. WRKROOT may provide notice through the website, platform, email, in-app notification, dashboard notice, assessment workflow, or another reasonable method.
Your continued access to or use of WRKROOT after an updated Notice becomes effective means you accept the updated Notice.
