WRKROOT may use attendance, schedule, verification, time off, holiday, KPI, productivity, and proof records for:

- Time off and holiday decisions.
- KPI review.
- Productivity reporting.
- Proof review.
- Dispute handling.
- Compliance.
- Support.
- Audit.
- Fraud prevention.
- Marketplace integrity.
- Client safety.
- Suspension, delisting, termination, or replacement recommendations.
- Legal defense and rights enforcement.
- Operational accountability.
Tracking is used for platform and client engagement operations. It does not create an employment relationship with WRKROOT and does not guarantee wages, benefits, employment rights, client acceptance, payment, continued engagement, or future work.

WRKROOT may determine what information is shown, summarized, redacted, withheld, or shared based on role-based access, engagement needs, confidentiality, legal requirements, operational requirements, or platform rules.
6. Admin Review And Discretion
WRKROOT admins/recruiters may review, adjust, approve, reject, request changes, verify, mark as disputed, mark as invalid, or annotate attendance, schedule, time off, holiday, KPI, productivity, and proof records.
WRKROOT may rely on:
- Platform timestamps.
- Proof files.
- IP address.
- User agent.
- Verification notes.
- Client feedback.
- Talent explanations.
- Admin review.
- Support records.
- Audit logs.
- Schedule settings.
- KPI plan requirements.
- Engagement terms.
- Client instructions.
- Other available evidence.
WRKROOT has final platform discretion over platform status, review status, marketplace status, delisting, replacement recommendations, and operational records, subject to applicable written agreements and law.
7. Disputes And Review Requests
Talent or clients may contact info@wrkroothr.com to raise a good-faith concern about attendance, time off, holiday, KPI, productivity, verification, proof, or review records.
WRKROOT may request supporting information, review available records, inspect logs, consult admins or clients, and determine whether to change, preserve, annotate, reject, approve, or invalidate a record.
Submitting a dispute does not guarantee:
- Approval.
- Payment.
- Client acceptance.
- Continued engagement.
- Marketplace visibility.
- Replacement avoidance.
- Billing adjustment.
- Record deletion.
- A particular review outcome.
8. Proof Files And Verification Requirements
Talent may be required to submit proof files, explanations, verification notes, screenshots, documents, summaries, work evidence, or other support where requested by WRKROOT, a client, or the applicable workflow.
Failure or refusal to provide requested proof may affect:
- Attendance verification.
- KPI approval.
- Client reporting.
- Engagement status.
- Billing support.
- Dispute review.
- Marketplace status.
- Replacement recommendations.
- Account standing.
Proof files must be accurate, lawful, authorized, relevant, malware-free, and limited to the approved purpose.
Talent must not upload PHI, patient data, confidential client data, government IDs, financial credentials, or other sensitive/regulated information unless expressly authorized through an approved workflow.
9. Future Tracking And Verification Tools
WRKROOT may add future tracking, monitoring, verification, or productivity tools, including:
- Geolocation.
- Screenshots.
- Screen activity.
- App activity.
- URL activity.
- Webcam checks.
- Device checks.
- Biometric checks.
- Third-party time tracking.
- Payroll integrations.
- Client system logs.
- Keyboard/mouse/activity indicators.
- Identity verification.
- Attendance verification providers.
- Productivity analytics.
- AI-assisted review.
Future providers: to be finalized.
Where required by law, WRKROOT will provide additional notice, request consent, or offer required disclosures before enabling certain tracking, monitoring, biometric, geolocation, recording, or third-party verification tools.
Refusal to participate in required tracking or verification may affect attendance verification, KPI approval, client reporting, engagement status, account standing, marketplace visibility, or continued participation in WRKROOT workflows.
10. No Employment Relationship Or Payment Guarantee
WRKROOT is not the employer of talent unless a separate written agreement signed by WRKROOT expressly states otherwise.
Attendance, time, KPI, productivity, verification, and proof tracking are used for platform and client engagement operations. They do not create:
- Employment rights.
- Employee benefits.
- Wage guarantees.
- Overtime rights.
- Paid leave rights.
- Workers' compensation rights.
- Unemployment benefits.
- Payroll relationship.
- Tax withholding relationship.
- Guaranteed client payment.
- Guaranteed WRKROOT payment.
- Guaranteed engagement continuation.
Payment, compensation, service fees, client obligations, talent obligations, and engagement terms are governed by separate written agreements, invoices, contracts, or applicable law.
11. Sensitive Data And Healthcare Workflows
Talent and clients must avoid submitting sensitive or regulated information unless WRKROOT expressly requests or authorizes it through an approved workflow.
This includes:
- PHI.
- Patient data.
- Medical records.
- Clinical information.
- Insurance information.
- Government identification.
- Full payment credentials.
- Confidential client data not needed for the workflow.
- Children's data.
- Biometric data.
- Precise geolocation data, unless expressly enabled and authorized.
For healthcare clients, PHI may be handled only through approved workflows and where required agreements, including a Business Associate Agreement, are in place.
Healthcare clients remain responsible for determining whether HIPAA/BAA obligations apply, limiting PHI shared with WRKROOT, and ensuring their own systems, training, access controls, supervision, and compliance controls are appropriate.
12. Retention Of Attendance And Productivity Records
WRKROOT may retain attendance, time off, holiday, KPI, productivity, proof, verification, support, and audit records for as long as reasonably necessary for:
- Engagement administration.
- Contracts.
- Billing.
- Invoices.
- Client disputes.
- Talent disputes.
- Legal defense.
- Audit.
- Fraud prevention.
- Compliance.
- Security.
- Support.
- Marketplace integrity.
- Client safety.
- Operational accountability.
- Legitimate business purposes.
WRKROOT may retain these records after engagement completion, account deletion, account termination, delisting, suspension, contract expiration, or relationship termination where permitted or required.
13. Changes To This Notice
WRKROOT may update this Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date above. WRKROOT may provide notice through the website, platform, email, in-app notification, dashboard notice, engagement workflow, or another reasonable method.
Your continued access to or use of WRKROOT after an updated Notice becomes effective means you accept the updated Notice.
